• Inspect & Assess: Our techs will thoroughly inspect the water damage, explain the hazards it may present, and provide you with restoration options for the project.

• Water Removal: We begin by removing all the water in your home using powerful extraction tools. This improves drying time and helps minimize the spread of damage. 

• Demo & Damaged Material: We will communicate with you if we cannot save any items (like contents or structural materials). We remove them as quickly as possible to improve the overall drying process for things we can restore.

• Cleaning & Sanitizing: Water damage causes cleaning, sanitizing, or deodorization needs for structural materials or personal belongings. Our techs use the right products, equipment, and protocols to make sure everything is clean, safe and odor free.

• Drying: After the water extraction is complete, we strategically place commercial equipment to designed to penetrate and dry materials and restore moisture levels back to pre-loss condition.

• Monitoring: While the equipment is drying your property, our techs visit your property and monitor the moisture levels to be sure they are drying properly and if needed make changes to increase drying performance.

• Repair & Construction: Once the home is dry, your home may need reconstruction work to bring it back to its pre-loss condition. Having one company do the water mitigation and repair work saves time and keeps costs down.
